Mr. Jerry Yeow has over 20 years of experiences in accounting, financial management, financing, and business valuation.

He was a former CFO of a public company listed in Bursa Malaysia Main Market.

He had experiences in 2 successful IPO in the past through IPO planning.

He is also a licensed company secretary helping clients on shares allotment, shares sales, changes in directorship, company formation and strike-off, etc.
